Parenting Classes

Becoming a new parent brings a special kind of joy and its own set of challenges. This class can help you feel more confident when you take your new baby home. Expectant parents will learn:

  • when to call the doctor
  • how to feed, diaper and bathe your baby
  • how to create a safe sleep environment
  • infant CPR and choking (please note: this does not include certification)
  • child safety including home safety and car seat safety

Cost: $50 for non-employees, $43 for employees (Each mom is encouraged to include one support person.)
Location: Huntsville Hospital Dowdle Center or Madison Hospital Classroom
